We were very disappointed with our visit there and on a whim, visited Whisper Outdoors in the Beaumont area and as soon as we walked in, knew that we had made the right choice. Ed was so helpful and didn't overwhelm with purchase pressure. He wanted to inform us and walk us thru specifications about the hot tubs we were interested in. It was a great experience and we will have our hot tub soon.","url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/?api=1&query=Google&query_place_id=ChIJw_RbUX3LPoYRUSeYpphc7PA","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Donna Stegall"},"reviewRating":{"@type":"Rating","worstRating":1,"bestRating":5,"ratingValue":5},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Trustindex","sameAs":"https:\/\/www.trustindex.io"},"inLanguage":"en"},{"@type":"Review","datePublished":"2026-09-29T21:06:10+00:00","reviewBody":"I recently had such a fantastic time picking out my new spa. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and exactly what I needed. Everything felt incredibly professional from the moment I walked in until the final selection was made. I am honestly so happy with how it all turned out and cannot wait to enjoy it at home. It is definitely rare to find such top-tier service that makes you feel this taken care of. Than you Margaret for such a wonderful experience.","url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/?api=1&query=Google&query_place_id=ChIJU25SVQxbJ4YRVX8Fvg2VW8k","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Theresa Guerin"},"reviewRating":{"@type":"Rating","worstRating":1,"bestRating":5,"ratingValue":5},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Trustindex","sameAs":"https:\/\/www.trustindex.io"},"inLanguage":"en"},{"@type":"Review","datePublished":"2026-09-29T21:02:30+00:00","reviewBody":"","url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/?api=1&query=Google&query_place_id=ChIJU25SVQxbJ4YRVX8Fvg2VW8k","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Robert"},"reviewRating":{"@type":"Rating","worstRating":1,"bestRating":5,"ratingValue":5},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Trustindex","sameAs":"https:\/\/www.trustindex.io"},"inLanguage":"-"},{"@type":"Review","datePublished":"2026-09-29T20:48:23+00:00","reviewBody":"Love my new spa from Margaret at Whisper Outdoor! After meeting them while shopping last year, Erin made it super easy to purchase the Catalina spa we had previously chosen. We felt that we got a good deal and Erin answered all our questions. Michael and his team did the delivery and set up and everything works as expected. They followed up to make sure we were satisfied, which we are!! I highly recommend working with Erin if you are in the market for a hot tub.","url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/?api=1&query=Google&query_place_id=ChIJp7YIGAdFQogR2mH0VqPNkNo","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Adam Coomes"},"reviewRating":{"@type":"Rating","worstRating":1,"bestRating":5,"ratingValue":5},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Trustindex","sameAs":"https:\/\/www.trustindex.io"},"inLanguage":"en"},{"@type":"Review","datePublished":"2026-09-28T23:52:05+00:00","reviewBody":"","url":"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/?api=1&query=Google&query_place_id=ChIJM-S6AOxO5IkRUD_i3qCLGoo","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"TCHAKORA Charfandine"},"reviewRating":{"@type":"Rating","worstRating":1,"bestRating":5,"ratingValue":5},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Trustindex","sameAs":"https:\/\/www.trustindex.io"},"inLanguage":"-"},{"@type":"Review","datePublished":"2026-09-28T23:31:52+00:00","reviewBody":"I had a great experience working with Josh, the Sales Manager at Aqua Living\/Whisper Outdoor.
