Aqua Living Is Becoming Whisper Outdoor
Same factory-direct spa store. Same team. Same 84-month financing. A bigger name behind it — and a few new categories on the showroom floor.
For more than two decades, Aqua Living Factory Outlets has been the place to buy a hot tub, swim spa, or cold plunge directly from the people who build them. No middleman. No inflated retail markup. Nearly 100 company-owned stores across the country, all backed by in-house financing that says yes to customers other retailers turn away.
That business isn’t going anywhere. But the sign on the building is changing.
Aqua Living Factory Outlets is becoming Whisper Outdoor — a unified brand that covers everything we sell, not just spas.
Over the last few years, our stores started carrying more than hot tubs. Golf carts. UTVs. Pontoon boats. The Aqua Living name served the spa business well, but it didn’t fit what we’d grown into.
Whisper Outdoor is one name for the whole lineup. It’s cleaner for customers, and it reflects where the company is going.
What’s actually changing — and what isn’t
What’s changing
- The store name. Aqua Living Factory Outlets signage is being replaced with Whisper Outdoor.
- The website you’ll be pointed to for the full product catalog — WhisperOutdoor.com — covers spas, swim spas, cold tubs, golf carts, UTVs, and pontoons.
What isn’t
- The stores. Same locations, same staff, same phone numbers.
- The products you came here for. Every Aqua Living spa brand — Hudson Bay, Dr. Wellness, Catalina, Tuff Spas, Plug & Power, the Cold Series — is still in the lineup.
- HotTub.com. This site stays live as our dedicated spa destination. If you’re here to shop hot tubs, nothing about that experience changes.
- Factory-direct pricing. Still cut out the middleman, still pass the savings through.
- Financing. In-House Financing (up to 84 months, all credit types considered) and Wells Fargo stay exactly as they were. Promotional 0% APR offers continue when available.
- Service, warranty, and parts support on every spa you’ve ever bought from us.
What Whisper Outdoor adds
When you walk into a Whisper Outdoor store, you’ll see the spa lineup you came in for — plus the option to see, finance, and drive home a golf cart, UTV, or pontoon from the same location, under the same financing program, from the same sales team.
For most customers, that won’t matter. You came to buy a hot tub. You’ll buy a hot tub. But if you’ve ever thought about a neighborhood cart, a side-by-side for the property, or a pontoon for the lake, you now have one store — and one application — for all of it.
If you’re an existing Aqua Living customer
- Your warranty is unchanged.
- Your financing account with us in-house or through Wells Fargo is unchanged.
- Your local store is the same store. Same address, same phone, same people.
- When you call your store, you’ll hear us answer as Whisper Outdoor. It’s the same business.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Aqua Living closing?
No. The company, the factories, the stores, and the products are all the same. The brand name on the storefront is being updated to Whisper Outdoor.
Will HotTub.com still work?
Yes. HotTub.com remains fully operational as our dedicated spa shopping site. Bookmarks and saved links will continue to work.
Is my warranty affected?
No. Every warranty issued under Aqua Living Factory Outlets remains in full effect and is honored by Whisper Outdoor. There is nothing you need to do.
What about my financing?
Unchanged. In-House Finance and Wells Fargo accounts continue as-is. Payment terms, due dates, and account numbers stay the same.
Is my local store moving?
No. Every Aqua Living location is becoming a Whisper Outdoor location at the same address, with the same staff and the same phone number. Only the name and signage change. Over time, our showrooms will get bigger and better to showcase more of our factory-direct, Whisper Outdoor product lines.
Why rebrand now?
Our stores carry more than spas today — golf carts, UTVs, pontoons. The Aqua Living name described the spa side of the business. Whisper Outdoor describes all of it.
Are prices or promotions changing?
No. Factory-direct pricing continues. Seasonal sales, coupons, and promotional financing (including 0% APR when offered) continue on the same cadence.
Where do I find parts and service for my existing Aqua Living spa?
Same place you always have — your local store, now operating as Whisper Outdoor. Nothing about parts, service, or support changes.
